After the massive success of Orchestra Mystique, Liquid Sound Design is proud to present the second chapter of Youth's legendary Dub sessions 'The Secret Language of Ordinary Objects'. Whilst Orchestra Mystique was inspired by Youth's stay in San Francisco last year recording an album for The String Cheese Incident, these second sessions were written off the back for Youth's acclaimed Japanese tour late last year. The album features collaborations with The Orb on "Apple Tree in my Backyard", electronica/dance music legend Pete Lazonby plus new tracks from Dub Trees, US based Lost at Last and a Youth remix of Kiwi Digi Dub pioneers Pitch Black. Youth's Dub work is often his most personal and this is reflected in, 'The Secret Language of Ordinary Objects, an album that reflects and pays homage to his myriad of musical influences. Deep dub basslines fuse with Arabic drums, subtle melodies fuse with Indian tabla's across these ten shimmering tracks.
