Dragons are often held to have major spiritual significance across the world in various religions and cultures. In Asian cultures, dragons were revered as representative of the primal forces of nature, religion, and the universe, even until this day in some cultures. They are associated with wisdom and longevity, commonly said to possess some form of magic or supernatural power. Some were said to be capable of human language, in some cultures also believed human were taught to talk by them. In China there has been a long history of deep connection with the legendary creatures. Traditionally, Chinese dragons symbolize potent and auspicious powers, particularly control over water, rainfall, typhoons, and floods. The dragon is also a symbol of power, strength, and good luck for people who are worthy of it. The Emperor of China used the dragon as the symbol of imperial power and strength, it was customary to address the emperor's body as the dragons. In modern time, Chinese people use the term "Descendants of the Dragon" as a sign of ethnic identity. Legend has it, there were Nine Offspring of the Dragon, each of them were cross bred with different beasts hence they all possessed different appearences and nature with various special abilities and powers. Each of them with their own legendary tales. We have sought out leading sonic wizards from different corners of the world to re/create the tales of these mythical dragons. Each master wizard takes on one of the offspring, matching his own unique sonic style to the different attributes of the beasts accordingly. Each track takes the listener back in time for a ride on a dragon to experience it's legendary journey neurologically. These are the stories compiled by the Fried Babas!
