Raja Ram opened his set with Evolution #9 at the last big Tip party in London in November and it worked a treat. This is a fantastic EP from this vibrant new act from Mexico. Evolution #9 sounds like swingin' London Psychedelic 60's meets mad modern Mexican techno. In fact, that's what this is! This band are a really exciting prospect. Still developing but they are coming up with some really original ideas. "KFB" is some straight forward but effective dancefloor action and the remix of "Psychedelic Cowboy" is a tripped out journey into Hicksville on the back of a hoarse. Quite a package! The Melovskys give you more for the Dollar!
