We all have dreams and visions. Once we really focus on those things we want to do and not those others told us to do, we accelerate our own individual ?Intrinsic Evolution?. When Darq aka Alexander Pietsch discovered psytrance as a Teenager and timidly started DJ'ing around a bit, he could not imagine releasing his very own musical creations one day. Accordingly, he did not rush things, but rather evolved his musical skills - first as keyboard play, later as DJ ? slowly, but with a deep focus. Coupling these experiences with the impressions of some lengthy travelling and the dedicated studies of electronic science has now brought him to this particular stage of his intrinsic evolution. Here are the results ? an acoustical storybook outlining a transition from digital to analogue, from pushing technological sounds to organic and deep episodes. His sounds thus signify a journey from our hectic, technologically dominated day-to-day ?digital? lifestyle in western culture to a more ?analogue?, organic and natural vision of life in an ancient jungle.
