Divine Justice

Dirty, Hard, Melodic Dance Music. Johan is owner of Calahari Cosmos Studios and co-owner of an in-house, newly established record label called, RED Revenge Records, on which he will be releasing his debut album as the artist Conscious Chaos. The album is called 'Divine Justice' and encompasses all the years of hard work, dedication and love for music that Johan has gained during his life. A quote from the musician himself: 'The whole idea of the album was to mesh my hard house, hard trance and melodies with the dirty, hard psy-trancesound that only Cape Town has to offer. Apart from the spiritual side of the music, I definitely kept in mind that I wanted to produce music that is perfect for peak hour slots. Johan has been doing a lot of soul searching in recent years and miraculously made it through a lot of impossible situations and disappointments. The whole theme of the album is about standing up for yourself, not always taking authority as truth, the blindness of religion and to realize that human kind in today's society might not be headed in the best direction; hence, the album cover that relates to the Mayan religion. A lot of quotes in the tracks were noted from spiritual leaders and other knowledgeable speakers.
