Upstream records proudly present MOSAIC REMASTERED by Sounds From The Ground. Originally released in 1999, this collection has been lovingly remastered and repackaged for 2011, with the final touches again by the legendary Dave Blackman at Hiltongrove. Sounds From The Ground are London duo Nick Woolfson and Elliot Jones who, since 1994 have been at the cutting edge of the downtempo electronica scene, having released 9 albums to date. MOSAIC was S.F.T.G's second album and when originally released, garnered serious praise including Billboard magazine in the U.S. The album has a darker element to it and features the heavily licensed tracks 'Treasure' and 'Planted'. MOSAIC REMASTERED comes hard on the heels of the previous Upstream Records / S.F.T.G release, KIN REMASTERED, the re-issue of the duo's iconic debut album.
